The Housing Heroes Awards 2020 will now take place as a virtual event
Following our decision to postpone the Housing Heroes Awards due to ongoing concerns regarding Covid-19 we are pleased to announce that the 2020 awards ceremony will now take place virtually at 16.00-17.00 on Thursday 10 September as part of Housing 2020: The Virtual Festival offering an interactive and exciting virtual awards which you can enjoy from the comfort of your office or home.
The Housing Heroes Awards have always provided the opportunity to connect with peers, friends and colleagues and celebrate shared achievements. Whilst we can’t come together under one roof, this year’s awards will be an opportunity to unite virtually to celebrate the teams and individuals whose work improves the lives of the people we house at a time when the sector most needs leadership, support and collaboration.
The Housing Heroes Awards 2020 are free to attend, and we will be providing more information in the coming weeks of how you and your team can secure your place and take part in an unmissable awards ceremony. We’ll be announcing the shortlist on 2 July, with more details on the awards to follow. We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate our way during this ‘new normal’ and can promise that this year’s Housing Heroes Awards will be no less momentous in celebrating the unsung heroes of our sector.
Thank you for your patience and understanding at this unprecedented time.
